The spindle is the centrepiece of every machine - the most heavily stressed and at the same time very sensitive element. Its development requires in-depth technical and practical knowledge. Hiteco's technicians are characterised by continuity in the team and have gained extensive experience in this field since 1968. In that year, they built the first high-speed spindles. In 1977 they started producing high-frequency spindles and in 1985 they developed the first spindles with automatic tool change for the wood sector. Hiteco offers a wide range of electrospindles with powers from 4 to 42 kW and speeds from 1,000 to 40,000 rpm. These spindles are available with both manual and automatic tool holders, such as ISO or HSK. They can be cooled with either air or liquid and are suitable for various types of attachments, including those with conical holders, cylindrical bodies or flanges.
