For tools such as grippers, spindles or interchangeable systems, an external hose package can be purchased directly from MABI Robotic. This external hose routing offers several significant advantages. On the one hand, it prevents the development of additional internal interference structures that could impair the functionality and efficiency of the system. In addition, the external hose routing ensures that the maximum bend radii of the cables are not exceeded.
Another advantage of this solution is the ability to install an additional plate on axle 4
This plate can be used to install additional valve terminals or additional modules for spindles. In order to further minimize wear on the lines, a retraction unit is fitted on axle 4. This retraction unit ensures that the lines are optimally routed and protected during operation.
